THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Job DescriptionProvide front-line support for customer inquiries. Ensure smooth and efficient fulfillment of customer orders. Serve as the in-house resource for field sales personnel.
-- Respond to customer inquiries by taking and processing domestic and international customers? e-mail or fax orders
-- Utilize ERP system to enter orders, confirm inventory availability, send customer order confirmations and produce reports
-- Process Returned Merchandise Authorizations
-- File customer complaints
-- Maintain excellent customer relations
-- Interface with the sales department to provide accurate reports of daily sales
-- Maintain customer databases
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field, plus two years of customer service experience, preferably in a medical device, pharmaceutical or comparable regulated environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong oral and written communication skills are required, along with proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point); QAD experience desirable.
