We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to work in Chatsworth, CA.
Responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to:
Input day-to-day Technical and Sales RMA requests
Coordinate with Technical Service Representatives end-user equipment replacement needs
Reconcile minimally complex technically-oriented or logistical end-user issues with Logistics, Warehouse and Technical support engineer staff
Assist Logistics and Shipping Dept. with shipment packing documentation and coordination
Internal customer service support for sales, operations, field-engineering and management staff
Communicate RMA ETA, Shipping status and product changes/availability with customers
Qualifications for this role are:
Data-entry input experience
Experience working with Oracle ERP a plus
Strong oral and written communication skills
Demonstrated creative problem solving and critical thinking ability
Proficiency with MS Office Suite software
