Be part of an exciting new healthcare solution! Pay-Plus Solutions, Inc. helps to bridge the gap between Payers (insurance) companies and Providers. Our payment network exchange provides a lower cost conduit for healthcare providers to receive payment and Explanation of Payment information.
We are looking to build a team of strong customer service leaders who are looking to be on the ground floor of something great and are willing to perform multiple tasks and learn as we grow.
Your responsibilities will include: building and maintaining outstanding relationships with PPS medical client contacts; obtaining and verifying any necessary information needed to successfully and efficiently deliver their payments.
Major Responsibilities:
Contact client to obtain any missing information in order to successfully fund their accounts.
Field incoming calls from medical providers to answer any questions they may have regarding new payment processes
Proactively contact client after specified time period if product has not been used; resolve any outstanding issues they may have
Assist with check processing at month end for manual payments
Qualifications:
Excellent telephone and customer service skills
Call center or similar customer service experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Working knowledge of MS Office products
