CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE Petsuites
The customer service representative's (CSR) primary responsibility is to provide impeccable customer service. It is essential that the CSR be a self-motivated, pleasant and dependable individual. He/she must be able to effectively communicate with all types of people. Organization, attention to detail and follow-up skills are essential. The CSR is the customer's liaison to PetSuites and therefore must present an orderly, well-groomed appearance.
The CSR will have responsibility in the following areas: Pet and Customer Care. The CSR primary functions are to take reservations, check guests in and out and give tours to potential customers.
