First Funder is a crowdfunding startup based in Boulder, Colorado. First Funder partners with entrepreneurship programs and community organizations in order to ensure the highest quality opportunities for crowdfunding investments. Today First Funder is seeking an exceptional Customer Service Representative to add to our team. If you are a highly motivated, self-starting, customer service professional with a strong work ethic, and are looking to join a winning team, we have a home for you.Duties:
In this position, you will be required to:
--Become an expert in the creation and operation of crowdfunding campaigns as well as in social media marketing
--Help partners and other users to use the First Funder platform and create and operate campaigns
--Regularly reach out to partners to encourage participation on First Funder and to send them updates from the company about the industry
--Communicate the status of campaigns and partner concerns to management on a daily basis
--Maintain and enhance industry, product, and technical knowledge in the crowdfunding industry
Qualifications:
Requirements:
--At least 2 years of customer service experience, and/or
--A Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in marketing or industrial distribution, and/or
--A combination of comparable education/work experience
--Customer service experience in SAAS platform sales preferred, but not required
--Social media marketing experience preferred, but not required
--Experience using SalesForce and Constant Contact software
--Strong writing and communication skills
--Outstanding customer focus
--A positive attitude and are a team player
