The Active Network, located in Frostburg, Maryland, is currently seeking Customer Service Representatives.
Support the dissemination of descriptive information via telephone, e-mail, and facsimile about GA Wildlife Resource vessel registrations and hunting & fishing licenses. Process vessel, hunting & fishing license sales.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
ï¶ Retrieve information from caller to effectively assist them with registering a vessel, or purchasing a hunting/fishing license
ï¶ Provide information to caller on proper documentation needed to complete a vessel registration or hunting/fishing license
ï¶ Retrieve information from caller to send requested documentation (fax number, email address, etc.)
ï¶ Treat each caller with respect and courtesy, and present an appearance consistent with public-oriented operation.
ï¶ Refer complex, difficult, or complaint calls to a team lead.
ï¶ Review operational updates and edits (i.e. bulletin boards notes) on a daily basis.
ï¶ Consistently meet expected production standards as set by management.
ï¶ Consistently meet expected accuracy and quality standards as set by management.
ï¶ Assist with filing (i.e. faxed/mailed reservation applications) when needed.
ï¶ Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
ï¶ High School Diploma
ï¶ General keyboard knowledge with PC experience preferred
ï¶ Strong communication skills
