One of the fastest growing promotional product companies in the US, ePromos is looking for the right people to join our Customer Service/ Sales Concierge team in our St. Cloud Minnesota Office. The Sales Concierge team is often the first point of contact for many new prospects and lapsed customers. It is the mission of the Sales Concierge is to develop a robust client experience that instills promo know-how in every conversation, creates customer confidence and improves conversion and retention rates. As an ambassador of culture, the Sales Concierge should strive for and support an ?It doesn?t have to feel like work? environment that supports ePromos mission and core values.
Accountable for completing the contact strategy of assigned inbound and outbound campaigns, projects and initiatives within designated service levels.
Deliver a high quality customer experience that demonstrates situational fluency in product categories and industry verticals.
Bring an entrepreneurial spirit to the role by working with your Coach on piloting scripts, voicemails and email templates to determine the highest conversion rates.
After speaking with you, customers should want to avoid doing a Google search for promotional items because you have effectively communicated that we have a one-stop solution for all promotional products needs.
Maintain high productivity levels and conversion rates.
Learn all product categories. Understand how they are most often used and become comfortable discussing product features.
Assist Coach with creation of product and industry use flip book.
Work with sales reps, sales team coaches and sales operations to relay an outstanding customer experience.
Attend training and meetings as required.
Perform additional duties as assigned by Sales Concierge Coach.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential in this role.
Impressive vocal presence and professional phone etiquette.
Organized and strong attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills and proven ability to work with competing priorities.
Self-motivated with the ability to multi-task many projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong website naviation skills.
Education and Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or work experience equivalent.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
1+ years of inside sales, call center and/or customer service experience.
Online chat experience preferred.
Strong use of CRM, Sugar preferred.
