Customer Service Representative
Technical Support | Mount Vernon, WA, United StatesRESPONSIBILITIES:
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests.
- Sell product and place customer orders in computer system.
- Provide customers with service information for multiple websites.
- Upsell products and services.
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff.
- Identify, research, and resolve customer issues using the computer system.
- Follow-up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved.
- Research billing issues.
- Recognize, document and alert the supervisor of trends in customer calls.
- Must be able to relate with online gaming community.
- Recommend process improvements.
- Other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Computer literate with the ability to learn customer service software applications.
- Technical background and/or experience testing software systems a plus.
- Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 30 wpm. There will be a typing test.
