This position will require excellent customer services skills as well as quantitative and analytical skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills are needed in order to effectively work with customers, multi-disciplinary staff, regulatory and operations personnel. A Bachelors Degree in business or a related field is required. Direct customer service experience, proven quantitative skills, very high proficiency in MS Office products, excellent oral and written communications skills, and attention to detail and organizational skills are a must.
