The customer service representative (CSR) is responsible for customer contact with a wide range of Internet subscribers, and presents the public face of Everyday Health.
elephone support and email support;
positive interaction with subscribers resulting in lasting relationships;
reporting issues and providing feedback to management;
ability to learn and use office applications.
The ideal candidate would have 2-3 years experience in customer service or related field; well developed computers skills, and an overall understanding of the Internet. Strong communication skills -- personable, courteous, professional manner-- are vital, as is the ability to develop within a growing, changing work environment.
