We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in our Pittsburgh, PA location.
Knowledgeably assist customers regarding Vocollect products and services. Handle all inbound customer purchase orders and data requests. Ensure a positive business experience for all Vocollect customers, both external and internal.
?Serve as the customer advocate in internal meetings and communications by escalating customer support and product issues.
?Handle order entry and contract review for assigned customers while ensuring that all purchase orders meet Vocollect?s bookable order criteria..
?Work with customers to resolve order descrepancies in a timely manner in order to fulfill Vocollect?s commitment to process orders and ship in accordance with established product lead times.
?Accurately maintain service and support contract databases and/or web applications
?Request customer software for orders and upgrades. Issue license files/keys.
?Provide timely and accurate data to the sales team to address customer issues.
?Maintain accurate customer files and database information.
?Assist in development, implementation and administration of special program offerings.
?Have a clear understanding of product offerings as well as any special promotional offerings in order to respond to customer requests for information.
?Backup RMA Specialist, as necessary.
?Process Damaged Beyond Repair equipment according to established procedures, as necessary.
?Process billable repairs by quoting repair cost, requesting customer PO and invoicing for billable repairs, as necessary.
?Participate in identifying, creating, implementing and maintaining Customer Service processes and procedures to support Vocollect Quality Management System.
BS degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience required.
4-5 years previous experience in a customer support function, preferrably in a manufacturing environment. Experience with Oracle or similar integrated ERP system.
Active listening skills, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, strong organizational skills, problem solving and negotiating skills, Microsoft Word and Excel.
Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, patience to work with difficult customer situations, high stress tolerance, ability to work in a team environment as well as work independently on projects, customer focus, sense of urgency, highly dependable and consistent.
