Putney is seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to develop relationships with companion animal veterinary practice professionals. The position offers the opportunity to increase responsibilities in a rapidly growing, high-energy organization.
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for inbound and outbound customer-facing service activities. The representative will be required to handle customer questions and complaints, take orders, support tracking of orders to customers, setting up new Putney customers, taking/logging product quality issues and adverse event. The Customer Service Representative needs to have strong relationship building skills to ensure the customer feels Putney is easy to do business with.
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience, preferably in a call-center. The CSR must be able to demonstrate active listening skills and give full attention to the customer. Exemplary communication skills, both written and verbal, are required. Successful candidates will bring experience and a strong track record in a support/service role, an ability to develop relationships with key decision-makers, and a team-based approach to meeting goals. Candidates with veterinary industry experience will be considered first.
