What you'll do
Support customers over phone, email and various other communication channels.
Answer general questions about the Course Hero platform including our site functionality and policies.
Conduct customer feedback surveys
A variety of other tasks that will help us deliver the best support in the education industry!
Ensure highest quality service experience to our customers instilling a positive member experience with each interaction.
Work with other departments to resolve customer issues
What we are looking for
Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer facing role, or a proven understanding of how to deliver exceptional customer service.
Friendly, upbeat personality and demonstrated experience owning a customer issue and following it all the way until the customer is happy.
Clear communication, collaboration and organizational skills
Self-starter and goal-oriented
Must be computer proficient and able to multi-task on a regular basis
