Customer Service Representative Autofusion
As a customer service rep, your job would be to ensure that all your client's needs are met and no details are missed. You must be very organized, responsible and a team player. Excellent customer service skills are needed and you must be professional. You will have a group of clients to manage.
Responsibilities:
Be the main contact for a set of clients (mostly car dealers)
Interact with clients daily via phone and e-mail
Tracking and monitoring project developments for quality, timeliness and completion
Requirements:

Excellent Customer Service and Great Communication Skills (oral and written)
