Customer Service Representative BigTray, Inc.
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for new additions to our customer service department. Ideally you are (or were) a chef, culinary school graduate (or maybe even a drop out), commercial kitchen manager, or restaurant manager. These entry-level positions will offer growth and advancement within our company for the right individual.
Here is what we are looking for:
be comfortable using a computer (no need to be a techie, but you will need to know how to type, send professional quality emails and use a web browser (without double clicking on everything)
excellent verbal and written skills
critical performance skills required: decision making & problem solving, tolerance of ambiguity, coping, and customer focus
outgoing personality and upbeat phone voice
be smart, enthusiastic and have a sense of humor
be a team member
have the ability to multi-task in a fun, fast paced, environment
All positions are salaried and full time Mon-Fri.
