Customer Service, Seattle (HQ) As a Customer Service Representative at Redfin, you will be in constant contact with both external and internal customers across the country. We want you for this position if you thrive on being in the eye of the storm, and do your best work when you are asked to change hats in response to a variety of anticipated?and unanticipated needs?each day. From our office in downtown Seattle, you?ll be taking phone calls, greeting visitors and generally keeping needs of your coworkers, and flow of the office, under control. If you are addicted to Redfin.com and love to work on the phone, then this job has your name written all over it. No real estate license is needed, but we?ll want to know what makes you passionate about real estate. Also, we need to know that you are happy to work a weekend day, the Customer Service Team is a seven day a week work group and the schedule for this position is Tues-Sat 8-5.

Engage with site users over the phone: a headset and a keyboard are your best friends.
Bring it every day: be infectiously enthusiastic, and wildly optimistic about the role you play.

To be considered you need to be-
An expert communicator: a clear, crisp voice, on the phone and in emails.
Self-motivated: a track record of doing the right thing, without someone checking over your shoulder.
Experienced: 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service, Administrative Support or Operations
Smart and savvy: you probably have a degree, or significant business exposure.
