Customer Service Representatives HealthHelp, Inc.

HealthHelps customer service representatives collect important information about patients, their conditions, and their insurance coverage. In doing so, they help make sure patients get the tests or treatments they need.

Requirements: High-school graduate or equivalent, knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy, one to two years of customer service experience. Bilingual candidates and people with managed care telephone referral experience preferred.
