Customer Service Representative is responsible for interacting with clients and their contestants regarding active contests and prize fulfillment. This position includes reviewing contest entries, responding to email inquiries, assisting with winner selection process, coordination of winner paperwork, and prize fulfillment. This position has the ability to grow into other positions within the company. The successful candidate will have a passion for social media, be tech savy, and have excellent organization and communication skills.Ideally 1-3 years previous Customer Service experience
