This person will provide Inside Sales Support for USHIO.
Keep track of the latest shipment schedule (and have internal meetings if there are issues to resolve)
Communicate weekly the latest shipment schedule on all orders to customers domestically and in Japan
Make sure that we get POs on every 1st day of the month for the following month from a customer in Japan
Part Number Release
Make sure new products are in the Sales Force and SAP before the product releases
Manage part number creation and system integration between Sales Force, SAP and Agile
Help resolve any road blocks to ensure the timely release of these part numbers.
Logistics Issue Management
As SORAA is new in producing and shipping lamps, there are many logistical issues that need to be worked on. Need to clean up all issues and improve process.
Manage internally what the sample schedule is for a customer in Japan, and communicate accordingly
System Integration Accuracy
Run reports to ensure SAP and Sales Force are aligned
Kitting and shipment of DEMO kits as needed to support our sales and marketing team.
