Providing industry leading Customer Service is expected and has been a staple of CardinalCommerce's Customer relationship success. Using data, statistics, reporting, and trends to build better products is the goal of our Customer Services department. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for assistance in the Customer Registration System for all Products
Manage the coordination of file loads with all payment schemes (American Express, Diners Club, MasterCard and Visa)
Manage the workflow related to short codes for the Integration teams for Cardinal's products
Complete user acceptance testing and validation for new integrations and change control
Education & Experience: A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.
