Customer Services Operations Managers VidSys
Customer Services Operations Managers are responsible for a variety of activities from project management, to project accounting, to client management, communication, and support. This role maintains, manages, and communicates information from the Customer Service Dashboard, a comprehensive status summary of all active deployments, and post-acceptance accounts.
Day-to-day client interaction is managed by this role as is setting and managing client expectations. Effective communication to identify client needs and alternative business solutions that increase satisfaction is a must. This is done through client meetings and internal team meetings. In terms of project management, this role manages projects in collaboration with Customer Service delivery personnel, handles change requests, delivers status reports and facilitates communication between the customer and VidSys to ensure a smooth delivery and minimal project risk.
