Customer Solutions Specialist Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing efficient and accurate technical support to ensure complete customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is highly motivated person with experiencing working as a customer facing role. Candidates must have strong technical experiences, understand web-based technologies, and high enthusiasm for customer success.
Responsibilitie
- Provide customer support via phone and e-mail
- Replicating technical problems, researching issues, and solving cases
- Escalate and sort issues
- 1+years work experience in a Customer Support
- Understanding of internet technologies including browsers, networking, firewalls&proxt servers
- Strong technology background with a comprehensive knowledge of PC-basedapplications and basic network applications, including knowledge of browser compatibility issues
- Working knowledge of web-based technologies, including HTML, XML, FTP, Javascript, and Adobe Flash
- Exposure to video encoding applications - Possess excellent communication skills, proven analytical, and problem solving ability - Flexible, detail oriented and prioritized issues
- Japanese Native, Good technical communication skills in written English
- Studied Computer Science
