As a Customer Solutions Associate, you will serve as a key team member deploying and managing our SaaS solutions for our Fortune 500 customers. You will be expected to demonstrate strong problem solving, project management, and customer engagement skills.
The Customer Solutions Associate will work closely with our Customer Solutions Managers/Directors/VPs and Analytics Engineers to help our customers achieve success with Lattice solutions and maximize their return on investment. The CSA is responsible for understanding customer requirements, managing client data, executing project implementation, driving adoption and evaluating customer success. CSAs will regularly interface with our customer?s Sales, Marketing, Analytics and IT teams as well as the Lattice leadership team.
The Associate must feel comfortable interacting with senior management, thrive in a fast-paced environment, be hypothesis driven, and have a strong bias for action.
Serve as a team member on cross-functional teams of Lattice and customer resources
Conduct project management tracking
Define customer requirements and manage client data
Learn Lattice software solutions and configure application to meet customer needs
Work with customers? sales and marketing teams to develop sales campaigns
Analyze customer usage, conduct ROI analysis and develop quarterly business reviews
Work with Product and Engineering on identification and tracking of enhancement requests
Manage multiple customer projects at one time
4 year degree required
1-3 years of experience in consulting, finance, strategy, product management or other types of analyst roles (exceptional new grads will also be considered)
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills with strong detail orientation
Strong verbal and written communication skills and technical aptitude
Proven track record of success
Excellent team skills
Passion for predictive analytics and the power of Big Data
