Customer Solutions Engineer, Entry Level HiSoftware
Summary:
Some project management, support and training responsibilities with customers to devise solutions to network problems and business processes unique to each customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Provide solutions to a variety of problems that occur with software or hardware.
Ability to work with customers, their network technology and the sales process to develop solutions that are sold to the customer.
Team-oriented, designing and implementing the solutions for customers.
Meet with customers and present the network technology.
Create training programs for customers, when requested.
Some travel required.
Knowledge Requirements:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology
HTML/XHTML
JavaScript
MSSQL 2005/2008
Windows Server 2003/2008
Web Applications and Web Site structure and supporting technologies.
Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 development familiarity
Content Management System knowledge a plus
.Net technologies and languages a plus. f
Accessibility, site quality, site usability, privacy and/or security knowledge a plus.
