Summary
Software implementation and support engineer, managing many projects internally and consulting with customers to devise solutions to business processes unique to each customer.
Primary Responsibilities:
Deploy HiSoftware solutions in customer environment
Provide problem-solving solutions to issues that may occur with software or hardware.
Ability to communicate and consult with customers and internal team
Device technology and business processes through required solutions
Support customer base
Meet with customers and present HiSoftware solutions.
Some travel required.
Knowledge Requirements:
Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008/2012
Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Service (MSFT SSRS) 2005/2008
Windows Server 2003/2008
Strong knowledge in Web Applications and Web Site structure and supporting technologies.
HTML/XHTML
JavaScript/AJAX/ASP.net
Content Management System, compliance and security experience a plus
Software API integration familiarity
Microsoft SharePoint 2010 configuration and deployment experience
Qualifications:
BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Information Technology, OR 5 years' experience in the field
Skills Requirements:
Project Management experience
Good interpersonal skills both verbally and written
Strong drive to succeed and excellent work ethic
Team Oriented who enjoys multi-tasked environment
