Customer Solutions Training Development Specialist
The Development Specialist will be responsible for the creation of training communications, training modules, curricula and keeping the training website updated with current information that also embraces the 3 circles of excellence. Training communications are delivered quickly to the floor keeping front line employees educated on changes. Online material gives the entire organization a location to research current knowledge of products and processes.
The Development Specialist will
Develop and maintain curricula for each of the roles in Customer Solutions.
Maintain accurate and uniform material on the training website including but not limited to provider information and Job Aids
Maintain the training website to include posting new material, updating documents and recommending web organization improvements
Create concise and educational training communications that transfer knowledge on product or implement policies/operational practices
Develop audience appropriate and meaningful knowledge check modules as standalones or in association with a training module
Develop audience appropriate and meaningful training modules the include methods that appeal to different learning styles.
Self-develop in Adult learning theory, Learning styles and design skills to assist with training projects.
Assist with any process improvement projects across the training department
Work closely with provider/system Subject Matter Experts to maintain the ?eyes of the associate? using interpersonal skill to develop internal and external partnership.
Develop and maintain agent level certification including curriculum and recognition.
Consult Training management on potential knowledge gaps and recommend solutions.
Solicit, evaluate and incorporate feedback from audience (as needed).
Cross train to assist the Customer solutions team to enhance understanding of each role and to support if business dictates.

special training projects including eLearning

Miscellaneous- Meetings, maintaining the ?eyes of the associate? SME, certification, misc. task assignments, consulting management,
assisting team etc
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
One or more years of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel experience. Considered an advance user in Word and PowerPoint
Exceptional work references to include excellent attendance and punctual deliverables
Good editing, grammar and oral communication skills
Excellent written communication skills
