Customer Success Account Director ON24

ON24 is seeking an individual to manage ON24?s self-service (SaaS) customers that use our Webcast Elite product. This is a strategic role that will manage a team of Technical Account Managers as well as some key direct accounts.
The Customer Success Account Director will be responsible for managing all aspects of our Webcast Elite customer engagements including implementing and training new customers, providing on-going support, tracking and reporting utilization, measuring customer satisfaction, and driving customer renewals.
This role requires an organized individual, who is comfortable interfacing with clients, managing multiple projects with both long and short timelines, and serving as an escalation point for all Webcast Elite customers.
Manage a team of Technical Account Managers that are responsible for the success of ON24?s customers that use the Webcast Elite product.
Execute client engagements and act as client point-of-contact for customer related issues.
Track, report, and influence product utilization.
Manage customer renewals.
Provide client training and support for ON24?s Webcast Elite product
Serve as a point of escalation for Webcast Elite customers.
Provide product support through the use of ticketing system.
Execute event management services as needed.
Work occasional non-standard hours and occasional travel.
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
At least 6 years of work experience in account management and client communications
A bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education, experience, and training that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
Previous experience in a SaaS Customer Success role
The ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization to effectively complete assigned projects within the specified timeline.
Team management experience
Strong Internet and Web technical skills including intermediate knowledge of HTML.
Experience with audio and video production with a good understanding of live and on-demand streaming media technologies is desirable.
