The Customer Success Consultant (CSC) is a vital member of the PeopleMatter Customer Care team. The CSC ensures a seamless link between the PeopleMatter Sales and Customer Support Teams by providing direct assistance in implementing new customers onto the PeopleMatter Platform. The CSC will provide hands-on support to our new customers. The goal is to fully understand our customers? business processes and determine how best to deploy PeopleMatter solutions to meet their needs.
This position is ideal for an enthusiastic, energetic individual who enjoys working directly with multiple customers. The ability to clearly document and deliver deployment milestones is key for a CSC to ensure successful implementations.
Serve as the customer?s primary contact for implementation
Manage multiple customer implementations, including coordinating project responsibilities and maintaining project plans/timelines
Facilitate requirement gathering discussions to understand how best to configure the PeopleMatter solution for new customers
Create supporting documentation, including configuration decisions and business process workflows
Assist new customers with business process improvement decisions as it relates to the implementation of their new PeopleMatter solution
Configure customer test and production sites
Deliver remote and onsite end-user training sessions
Limited travel (less than 20%) may be necessary
Experience and Skills:
Four year degree required
Four to six years experience in a direct customer relationship management, business application consulting or software implementation role
Excellent communication and writing skills
Experience using various project planning tools
Experience working with products in a SaaS environment
Knowledge of technical development, Project Management methodologies and/or SDLC is helpful
