AtTask, Inc., the leading provider of project and portfolio management software, has an opening for a Customer Success Consultant in the Customer Success Services group within the AtTask Global Services Organization. The position will primarily have responsibility for ensuring the success of our customers by effectively managing the successful execution of their implementation and utilization of the appropriate services programs to ensure annual renewals of their agreement with AtTask to continue their use of the AtTask solution. The position will work directly with other departments throughout the Company, reporting to the Manager of Customer Success Services. The primary objective of the role is to help develop an outstanding services organization in an employee-oriented, high performance company culture that emphasizes superior quality, continuous improvement and productivity standards. This role requires a proactive and results oriented individual with the ability to manage strategic account plans for a set of customers, sell the value of our AtTask services as the way to their success, as well as manage customer issues by creating a way forward plan to success.
?Design and manage a successful AtTask plan to achieve a customer?s business objectives following a standardized methodology and approach.
?Support the sales team during the sales cycle to ensure the customer requirements and business objectives are defined and the expectations are set appropriately.
?Develop plans for implementing the solution and the vision for the customer on how our solution will provide value to their company and solve their current problems identified.
?Manage change management requests to create the right set of services to support a successful plan for implementation and total adoption of all users.
?Serve as a mentor, coach, knowledge resource, and escalation point for the customer.
?Manage a quota for Annual Recurring Revenue renewals for a set of customers each quarter and annual target.
Qualifications / Characteristics:
?Bachelors Degree required
?Minimum of 1 years project management or software implementation consulting.
?Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and relationship skills.
?Excellent analytical skills.
?Ability to work on multiple tasks and able to prioritize personal workload.
?Ability to develop and manage creative business solutions for complex problems.
?PMI certification a plus.
?Proven track record of managing accounts, projects and/or a revenue target.
?Customer references may be required as part of the interview process
?Strong business writing skills.
?Competitive Base Salary plus commission?
