Zuora's Customer Success Management Team is looking for an up-beat, passionate intern this Summer 2014 to work with and mentor! Learn what it takes to be a professional customer liaison responsible for owning and managing customer relationships.
In this paid summer role, you will gain a strong knowledge of Zuora product and services, develop consultative and facilitation skills, and acquire hands-on experience in helping customers achieve their business objectives of business successful in a reoccurring revenue model (aka the Subscription Economy as we call it).
The Zuora Customer Success Management (CSM) Team is responsible for a portfolio of customers working directly with them in a trusted advisor capacity to strengthen and retain the relationship as well as grow the account. Additionally, the CSM drives product adoption, ensuring the customer is satisfied and connecting customers with advocacy activities such as references, testimonals, case studies, speaking events, user groups, etc.
By sharing best practices and optimization strategies, customers derive great value from their investment in Zuora. The team works with over 500 customers todayand leverages the 9 Keys for Subscription Success Model to align customer needs with Zuora products and services. This is a group that is passionate about helping customers.

What you can bring to the role:
Currently pursuing a BA/MA at a top university, MUST be currently enrolled as a full time student

Internship Program Experience:
In your 12 week internship, expect to explore the SF Bay Area with other interns and Zuora mentors, network with executives, participate in intern-only events and programs, and immerse yourself in the (fun) Zuora culture.
