Success Manager
The Customer Success Manager will be a member of the Desktone services team and be primarily responsible for working directly with customers to deploy their virtual desktop infrastructure. Desktone is a fast paced, continually evolving, and energetic environment. A successful candidate must be a highly motivated individual who is willing to take on challenging initiatives and is capable of working both independently and with others as a team
Responsibilities:
The Desktone Customer Success Manager is responsible for working directly with our customers to ensure a successful deployment of Desktone?s virtual desktop platform.
Expected to work daily with various roles in the customer?s organization including business leaders, IT administrators and end users
Coordinate resources and requirements
Create and manage implementation project plans
Set and manage expectations
Conduct online training
Create necessary documentation and tools to support implementations
Define technical requirements and coordinate resources at Desktone and customer to ensure successful integration
Deliver and encourage best practices
Work with customer to build an end-user rollout plan and stay engaged until deployment is complete
Work with internal support and operations teams to improve the customer deployment experience
Work with support to ensure technical issues are resolved and properly escalated
Qualifications:
Must have experience with common project management tools and methodologies
Experience with Windows desktop management/system administration a huge plus
Application management
GPO management
Windows best practices
Active Directory configuration/LDAP
Understanding of basic network topologies and architecture a plus
Experience with virtualization technology a big plus, specifically VMware/VSphere
Experience with Salesforce.com a plus
5 to 10 years of relevant experience
