Brickwork is charting a bold new course for the future of retail with its platform enabling retailers to integrate their physical stores into their digital presence.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager to join our focused, talented team marketing and selling powerful, innovative SaaS products changing how people engage with the physical retail experience on- and offline.
In this role, you will have responsibility for managing our client relationships from contracting and implementation to reporting and retention for world-class retailers, ensuring extremely high levels of platform performance and customer satisfaction.
What you'll do
Manage non-technical aspects of platform implementation for clients from featuring scoping and input collection to onboarding and training
Manage client relationships through contract lifecycle - focusing on data collection, analysis and reporting and a qualitative feedback-loop around performance and UX
Serve as the clients' voice in internal product development roadmapping
Develop scalable materials and processes to optimize customer success across clients
Support the CEO in analytical and qualitative analysis of the market and preparation of materials for internal use, board presentations, clients / prospects, and investors
What you should have
A strong desire to impact how people shop and how retailers engage customers and define service in the future, especially in the specialty, luxury, fashion, and apparel verticals. Some retail sales or store management experience a strong plus
At least 2-years of consulting or internal process improvement experience at a leading management consulting firm, major retailer / apparel brand, or enterprise SaaS company
Solid understanding of the processes that define how retailers go to market, drive sales and build customer relationships online and offline
Excellent listening, data collection and visualization, follow-up, and general presentation skills
Bachelor's degree from a leading 4-year college; fluency in Google Docs, Excel, and Keynote (Adobe suite skills a plus)
