Responsibilities
- Organize and manage client implementations
- Manage client relationships, including senior-level relationships within Fortune 100 companies
- Train, evangelize, and inspire client organizations to integrate collaborative tools into their daily flow of work
- Partner with Sales to prospect for upsell opportunities within existing accounts
- Partner with Technical Support and Engineering to identify, diagnose, and address technology implementation issues
Qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years organizational consulting or other similar customer-facing experience. Training and change management experience strongly desirable
- Ability to think strategically about organizational change
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; comfort speaking to large groups and senior audiences
- Solid project management skills, including ability to juggle multiple projects and clients simultaneously
- Strong experience with wikis, blogs, social networking, and microblogging; well-versed in Web 2.0 tools, concepts, and processes
- Passion for innovation; intellectual curiosity; comfort with ambiguity, and desire to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
- Strong ethical character and team-based approach
