We?re looking for an individual who considers themselves to be a marketing ninja warrior, jack-of all-trades, with the tenacity, creativity and resourcefulness to make it in a true start-up. We?re looking for someone who is adept, unflappable and can handle wily, high-maintenance customers with finesse and calm while at the same time lighting a fire under other customers that need to take heed of best advocacy practices and put them to use.
Responsibilities:
Quickly on board new customers and develop an advocacy strategy that supports their marketing objectives supported by the Zuberance platform
Ensure that customers are meeting advocacy program goals and objectives and are integrating advocacy into their marketing mix
Provide best practice advocacy coaching
Proactively provide platform and program optimization and implement changes.
Ability to communicate effectively, concisely with creative operations to translate creative requests and changes
Must possess the desire to be an Advocate Black Belt
Configuration of the Zuberance Advocate Platform. Must be unafraid to dig in and learn how to configure complex CMS systems.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 to 10 years of online marketing program management and hands-on implementation experience (SEM/SEO, email marketing, online advertising, PR, social/WOM)
Understanding of CPA pricing models and conversion strategies
Excellent collaborative and communications skills
Strong customer relationship skills (will be seen by customers as trusted advisor and expert)
Proven ability to flourish in a start-up environment and overcome inherent challenges of working in start-ups
Strategic and detail-oriented.
Must possess extremely strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong organizational and analytic skills
Strong work ethic; willing to put in the extra hours required of a start-up
