Customer Success Manager Mindjet
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Mindjet, the leading provider of the software and cloud-based applications for visually organizing and managing information and ideas, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success department. We are seeking a proactive Customer Success Manager to manage our top tier customers and help them get the most out of the Mindjet product suite.
Work with your customers on a consultative basis to understand their business goals & processes and develop a training plan to help them get the most out of the Mindjet product suite
Identify client growth opportunities and work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure the customer?s needs are met
Demonstrate the value of Mindjet products to customers based on industry and roles
Perform webinars and assist customers with onboarding
Manage the renewal process for your customers and other customers as assigned
Accurately forecast renewal information in our CRM
5+ years of Account Management or Sales Experience with a SaaS company
Must have customer relationship management skills with a strong client service background
Must understand the sales process; knowledge or previous experience with renewals a plus
Must have an attention to detail with strong organizational and data driven problem solving skills
Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-pace and rapidly-growing company
Excellent presentation, verbal & written communication skills
Experience with technical products and basic troubleshooting is a plus
Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or equivalent work experience
