The CSM is integral in driving increased sales through building the company?s reference program adoption.
The ideal candidate has a proven track record as a customer reference evangelist building solid partnerships and driving branded case studies and co-marketing efforts. They are knowledgeable and comfortable with case study management systems and are skilled and polished in working directly with clients and being a part of the sales process to drive a robust reference program.
