Customer Success Manager Xamarin

Xamarin is growing very fast, with already more than 350,000 developers using our technology. Keeping and delighting our customers is our most important task. We are looking for Customer Success Managers who will be responsible for providing outstanding service to our existing customers. We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic and hands-on customer service and inside sales managers who understand the software development world and are able to explain Xamarin?s value proposition to customers of all sizes. As a Customer Success Manager you will be a part of the sales team and you will focus on the following three objectives:
Ensure that our customers have a very positive evaluation and proof-of-concept phase with Xamarin and successfully build and launch awesome mobile applications with Xamarin.
Expand Xamarin?s reach into our large existing customer base by growing the number of developers using Xamarin in every account.
Own the customer?s happiness and satisfaction with the Xamarin technology as well as ensure a timely and smooth license renewal.
Contact new customers right after purchase, understand customer?s future needs and build a strong, authentic relationship.
Proactively reach out to all your assigned customers, making sure their Xamarin projects are running smoothly.
Handle large volume of email, chat and phone conversations on a daily basis.
Always be prompt in providing the highest quality service to incoming customer requests.
Shape and influence Xamarin?s growth and scalability, by finding new ways to deliver amazing customer satisfaction.
Manage and constantly improve the on-going customer relationship for all of your assigned customers.
Constant follow up with customers to insure their satisfaction with Xamarin?s software.
Meet and exceed monthly or quarterly revenue targets for expansion and renewals, as well as customer satisfaction metrics.
Ability to understand larger organizations and identify potential revenue streams based on the customer?s business strategy and needs
Must fully understand and clearly articulate the benefits of Xamarin to all levels of management.
What we are looking for:
Passion for technology and everything mobile
3+ years of inside sales or customer service experience within a technology company
Strong track-record of overachieving monthly or quarterly sales targets
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up environment
Experience selling software directly to developers
Experience in using Salesforce or other CRM tools
Excellent communication skills
Ready to ?wear many hats?, able to get things done.
Excellent problem solver, high energy and positive attitude
