Customer Success Manager Genius
Genius.com is growing, and we are looking for dynamic individuals who will share our passion for making our expanding community of customers successfully using Genius.com solutions. The Customer Success Manager (CSM) will work as member of the Customer Success Team. The Customer Success Manager will be the primary point of contact for assigned accounts after the initial point of sale, and will be responsible for customer renewals, up-sell opportunities and overall customer success. The CSM will also deal with escalations from the customer and strive to keep them satisfied.
Responsibilities:
Proactively work with clients, and internal teams (Sales, Training, Services, and Support) to ensure the Customers success.
Identify and grow opportunities while collaborating with sales teams to ensure growth within accounts
Maintain and track frequent voice and email contact with the assigned customers and will serve as an escalation point for issues that impacts their success
Ability to grow relationships with key client contacts
Maintain a deep understanding of the Genius.com products and services
Provide best practices to customers regarding e-mail marketing, HTML, e-mail deliverability, and overall product use.
Act as the customers internal advocate
Learn industry best practices and identify how Genius.com solutions can be leveraged to implement these practices for customer success
Ability to provide valuable actionable recommendations for marketing and sales
Understand and asses customer requirements, level of adoption of the service and corporate structure
Serve as a coach and trusted advisor to assigned accounts customers
Qualifications:
5+ years experience in Customer Success, Direct Sales, or Account Management role
Deep technology and software knowledge in CRM and/or Marketing Automation is a plus
Exceptional client management and client services skills.
Experience in lead generation, demand generation and B2B marketing a plus
Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
Ability to demonstrate resourcefulness, motivation, initiative.
Strong Excel experience a plus
