Customer Success Manager HelloWallet

Reporting Structure: Reports to SVP, Sales
Job Purpose:
Engage with customers throughout their entire relationship with HelloWallet from the sales process, to implementation, to ongoing usage and adoption
Help make customers successful in their initial adoption and continued engagement with HelloWallet products while maximizing the value of their HelloWallet investment
Build and maintain strong relationships with customer sponsors
Maintain strong working relationships with HelloWallet sales, product engineering, marketing and support teams
Ensure an outstanding customer experience throughout the customer lifecycle ultimately manifested in customer contract renewals.
Duties:
Partner with the Sales Directors during the sales process to help customers to understand the process for launch, adoption and sustainment of the HelloWallet offering and the value of the Customer Success Manager (CSM) program
Act as the customer facing lead in the HelloWallet launch program design with companies
Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customer sponsors
Act as a liaison between the customer and HelloWallet product management by communicating product roadmap updates and disseminating product development needs
Work with customer support to prioritize and drive resolution on escalated customer issues
Proactively identify and measure predictive variables that are leading indicators to customer adoption, engagement, satisfaction and renewal of HelloWallet products
Regularly perform root cause analysis of product and implementation issues and work with product management to identify product improvements that make the product easier-to-implement, easier-to-administer, and easier-to-use
Understand and development success plans to improve customer?s level of adoption, engagement and satisfaction with HelloWallet and drive contract renewals
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills/Qualifications:
Passion for customer success
Customer facing launch and enablement experience (consulting or account management that includes issue resolution and escalation management)
Ability to engage across organization functions (Product Management, Customer Service, Professional Services)
Excellent data analysis skills
Excellent organization and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to chair meeting, demo products and host webinars
Excellent presentation skills
Bachelor?s degree required at a minimum. Business or technical degree preferred.
