Assist in customer training, deployment and adoption of buuteeq's Cloud DMS.
Manage high volume of incoming calls and help tickets.
Master the detailed functions and features of buuteeq BackOffice.
Work closely with a team of customer success reps and account managers.
1+ years customer service experience
BA from four year university or equivalent
Outstanding interpersonal skills, customer service and communication, both over the phone and in email.
Strong work ethic; self-directed and resourceful.
Experience with maintenance renewal process and/or background in software preferred.
