Responsibilities:
1. Serve as day-to-day customer support, providing callers with Legendary help, service, and experience
2. Proactive customer service Maintain a growing number of customer accounts by managing support tickets, calls, and live chats
3. Evangelize mobileStorms culture and core values
4. Frequently communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction and improve retention
5. Work with Sales and Marketing to identify common issues and help improve the products and services we offer
6. Utilize social media to communicate with our customers and the industry
Qualifications:
1. 2 years in a customer service & sales role
2. Genuinely enjoy helping people and solving their problems
3. Upbeat, fun and easy to work with
4. Excellent communication skills: Visual, written and verbal
5. Very thorough and detail oriented
6. Good sense of humor
7. Frequent social media user
8. Must be a committed team player with the ability to hang out and bond with fellow Storm Troopers
9. Experience in Hi-Tech or SaaS
10. Familiarity with email and/or mobile marketing a plus.
