Customer Success/Sales Engineer OneID
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED OneID is looking for a seasoned technical Sales or Customer Success Engineer experienced in implementation of java and .net web technologies. The ideal candidate will possess outstanding communication and collaboration skills, technical acumen and a natural ability to build successful relationships with customers as well as cross-functionally within the Company. A successful Sales Engineer will possess a consultative sales approach and will have knowledge of web technologies, frameworks and APIs. This person will provide our sales team and potential customers with the necessary product support and technical knowledge to close deals and help customers go-live with OneID on their websites.
You will be the liaison and technical lead between the OneID sales team, potential customers, and the development and marketing teams in integrating OneID?s solutions into customers? websites
You will be involved in, and may be asked to manage key customer engagements, including requirements gathering, solution design/delivery, project management, and integration/deployment
Proactively share customer feedback and integration issues with the OneID team in an effort to constantly improve the customer experience, product features and customer go-live process
As part of the pre-sales team, you must be able to go into a prospect and present OneID?s solution from a technical and business point of view. You must be able to demonstrate OneID?s products to both management (C-level) and technical (Developers, DBAs, IT Admin, IT Security) audiences
Help in the creation of demos and presentations for sales meetings
Help in the development of developer tools and documentation to strengthen OneID?s developer ecosystem
Quickly build website mockups to prove out integration concepts for potential customers
Travel as required (approximately 25%)
Deep knowledge of the ins and outs of web technologies and API integration
Must be well versed with java and .net
Proven over-achievement in closing business in Infrastructure as a Service technologies in network security, payments, identity, or e-commerce
Must be solutions-oriented, with a customer service approach, and posses the ability to drive decisions and satisfy customers
A degree in engineering or computer science would be helpful
Experience working with modern web APIs and development frameworks such as Facebook Connect or the Twitter API, etc.
Understanding of web standards like SAML, OpenID, OAuth, x509, HTTPS, and SSL would be a big plus
