THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED We are looking for a dynamic, result oriented Customer Success manager to join our phenomenal Delivery team.

They are the focal point for our customers and deliver strong leadership, high quality implementations and promote OpTier?s solutions and value proposition on site; empowering our customers to successfully utilize our products.
Technical BS degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
Requires minimum of 4 years experience delivering solutions in an enterprise software environment or equivalent industry experience.
Strong communication skills and proven ability to present value proposition to C level Executives.
Experience managing issues, projects, deadlines, and documentations in a client facing environment.
Creativity finding solutions to problems and ability to multi-task during complex projects.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills, along with a high level of professionalism.
Travel > 75%
Knowledge of complex heterogeneous multi-tier web applications, and experience in several of the following technologies:
OS: Unix, Linux, Windows
Web/Application Servers: Apache, SunOne/iPlanet, IIS/.NET, Tomcat, Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss
Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Message Bus: Tibco EMS & BusinessWorks, IBM MessageBroker & MQ
Proven hands-on experience installing and configuring complex software products, in Unix, Linux, and Windows server environments.
Experience with application or systems performance and monitoring products, an advantage
Object-oriented programming technical skills in Java, C++, or C#, an advantage
