We are looking for an experienced Customer Service agent to add to our Customer Support organization. This customer-facing role focuses on the support needs of our customers via telephone and a support ticketing system. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in providing excellent online customer support with experience in billing, fraud and governance.
Provide billing support and customer service to the Second Life resident community via phone and ticket.
Review activities related to online user safety including child protection, risk mitigation, account security, and abuse prevention, as well as abuse appeals.
Investigate potential fraudulent activity including account incursions, unauthorized billing, and other illicit activities.
Review and investigate reports of inworld behavior.
Drive ongoing improvements to customer satisfaction.
Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum of 2 years experience in Customer Service and/or CNP Fraud investigation is required; relevant experience in an online environment is preferred.
Experience working in gaming is a plus.
Excellent communication skills including; verbal, written and listening.
Able to multi-task, set priorities, work under pressure and communicate with multiple individuals at once.
Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team, to integrate with others and to show personal initiative when called for.
A well-developed sense of humor, a thick skin and a positive outlook are all good traits to have.
Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and non-traditional hours.

The work hours for this role are 9:00am - 6:00pm in our San Francisco office; this position may involve a Saturday or Sunday shift.
