Customer Support Engineer Clarabridge
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED This position will responsible for Tier 3 support, cloud infrastructure security, scalability and stability, and support of various process improvements. The ideal candidate will work as part of a team and will have experience in installing, configuring and integrating software applications for customer solutions.
Tier 3 Support
Develop expertise with the Clarabridge features, functions, installation, configuration, and technical architecture
Support troubleshooting of application and system issues for customer environments
Manage advanced technical customer support tickets to ensure solution is provided to meet customer needs in a timely manner
Cloud Infrastructure Security, Scalability and Stability
Responsible for the successful deployment and strategic use of Clarabridge technology
Installation, configuration and integration of web service applications on a cloud
Provide Performance Tuning for scalable clustered web server environments
Implement architecture scalability and stability improvements to hosted environments
Leverage big data technologies to provide innovative solutions to scale a SaaS offering
Implement security enhancements to protect customer data
Perform capacity planning for growing application systems and data warehouses
Support Process Improvements
Automate operations tasks through COTS software, open source, and scripts
Identify risks to scope, schedule, and priorities associated with assigned projects and communicate to team lead
Build solid partnerships across multiple internal functions including; Engineering, Sales, and Service Teams
Assist in the creation and maintenance of a set of delivery team ?best practice? materials and ?tool-kits?
3+ years of experience in installation, configuration and troubleshooting of web servers running JAVA applications on Tomcat
Strong systems administration experience in both Windows and Linux operating systems
Experience in installing, configuring and integrating software applications for customer solutions
2+ years experience with script development
3+ years experience and strong understanding of relational databases
3+ years experience with SQL Scripting
Experience in working with REST and SOAP APIs
Experience with Hadoop/HBase implementations
Understanding of networking architecture firewalls, gateways, load balancers, etc.
Excellent problem solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
Application software development experience is a plus
Data warehousing experience is a plus
Knowledge of Text Mining is a plus
