The Enterprise Support Analyst is the primary PrimeSuite application support contact for hospital based / large physician practices. This position is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusted communications with Enterprise accounts; identifying and resolving PrimeSuite application related issues. This position requires good verbal and written communications skills, an analytical skill set along with a positive attitude and a team player. Utilization of the various automated tools to complete job and/or effectively interface with other departments / companies to meet department goals, is required.
Analyze and identify problems encountered in the PrimeSUITE software modules, utilized CSM software to document and track problem and resolution
Address and resolve Customer issues in a timely basis?s.
Positive and professional communications with all contacts.
Participate, as requested, in introductory calls with new Enterprise Support clients.
Update Enterprise Support Management about issues or concerns related to Enterprise accounts customer satisfaction.
Utilize tools, but not limited to, SQL queries and GMTDB file viewer.
Go the ?extra mile? to provide exceptional Customer Support.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
2-3 years of PrimeSuite Customer Support experience, Practice, Chart, etc.
Experience with hospital based software and/or Practice management/EHR software
Ability to work with limited supervision
Multi-tasking, self-motivated, goal and detail-oriented
Capable of working effectively in a team environment
Experience with Microsoft Office, CSM software, VoIP, SQL, and other automated tools and directed.
3-5 years of experience in a clinical environment using practice management software and/or electronic health record software to support the practice operation.
3-5 years of working in with a health care IT vendor or hospital IT environment.
Successful track record in achievement and progress in a healthcare IT environment.
Demonstrated experience with training and education.
