Our product is a cloud-based staff scheduling and shift management software solution, designed for long-term care and senior living. You?d recognize our customers as retirement communities, nursing homes, assisted living facilities, home health agencies, etc. We were named by the Northeast Ohio Software Association as the Best Emerging Technology Company for 2010 and finalist for Best Software Product in 2011, 2012 and 2013, so the software is pretty cool.

Profile of a successful candidate:
Capacity to manage multiple tasks
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to quickly establish solid relationships and effectively engage customers
Basic technology aptitude
Knowledge of the healthcare industry is a plus
