Customer Support Manager Xamarin

As a Customer Support Manager at Xamarin, you'll run the customer support engineering team to deliver outstanding support to developers building apps with Xamarin.
Grow the internal knowledge base used by the Xamarin?s Customer Support and Success Engineering team
Improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the support team across all channels (including email, chat, and online forums)
Come up with new and interesting ways to gather the information required to provide the best support for our users
Identifying Key Performance Indicators and setting and communicating goals and standards to ensure customer support excellence
What We're Looking For:
3+ years experience successfully growing, leading and managing a customer support team (preferably in the developer tools industry), delivering technical support via email
Experience interfacing directly with engineering teams to escalate and seek resolution on product issue
Previous software development experience (preferably in C# and .NET)
Have some experience (or have a strong interest with demonstratable willingness and ability to learn quickly) in building mobile apps on iOS or Android and proficiency with C# and .NET
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Sample artifacts of your coding acumen, examples include: GitHub products or other open source participation, sample bug reports filled, explanatory posts on e.g. StackOverflow, or a blog
