Remedy Informatics is seeking an experienced Customer Support Manager who has a passion to tangibly, measurably and permanently improve the effectiveness of clinical practice and life science research worldwide. This position interacts with customers as well as internal technology groups to support current applications.
Primary Responsibilities
? Proven ability to manage a support team, communicating responsibilities clearly and relentlessly driving solutions.
? Lead debugging and troubleshooting of application data issues though SQL skills.
? Develop a knowledge-base of known issues and resolution steps leading to faster resolutions times and greater self-service capabilities.
? Develop an expert-level understanding of business processes by working side-by-side with the internal organizations.
? Identify and recommend application improvements that enhance the user experience and actively participate in the QA of new application releases.
? Collaborate on team decisions and project planning.
Qualifications
? Bachelor?s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
? 3+ years of experience in an application support team.
? 1+ year of experience leading or managing a support team.
? Be comfortable in a dynamic and flexible environment with changing requirements.
Skills and Knowledge:
? Analytical skills and ability to investigate, debug, and resolve problems.
? Strong hands-on experience with SQL (Oracle preferred)
? Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas and solutions to both business and IT teams.
? Exceptional customer service skills
? Strong organizational skills that allow the individual to handle multiple tasks while being detailed oriented.
