Customer Support/Operations Coordinator WhaleShark Media
THIS JOB HAS EXPIRED Responsibilities include:
Provide email and chat based customer support to our website users
Support our website content production process by gathering, updating, editing and validating web content
Support Partner Managers on various account management tasks including management of account information in Salesforce.com
Special projects as needed
Work closely with Outsourcers, Merchandising, Partner Management and Marketing teams.
Can spot a good deal from 50 feet and love saving money for yourself and others
2 years experience in customer/account support
Knowledge of online advertising or B2C e-commerce industry and technology a plus
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and basic HTML
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable with high volumes of data entry and/or processing
Self motivated and enjoys working in a results driven team environment
Salesforce experience a plus
Please note: This is a temp to perm weekend and possibly evening position.
